School Wide Curriculum

Beverly Hills International School is a PreK -12 school. It offers the American High School Program that prepares students for admission to colleges and universities in Qatar and abroad.
BHIS curriculum is based upon the California Common Core Standards in English Language Arts and Literacy and Mathematics. The Science curriculum follows the Next Generation Science Standards. The curriculum is also supported with lessons in Arabic, Islamic studies and Quran, and Qatar History across all levels as set by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. Easy Arabic courses are offered for non-Arabic speaking students.
The language of instruction is English in all courses except for the Arabic and French Language courses.
To support the academic, physical, social, and psychological development of the students, the school provides a range of extracurricular activities, along with the curriculum.
